I appreciated the automated check-in and check-out. The breakfast offered many choices, even gluten-free options. The bar had cool decor and excellent service. The location was very convenient near the meatpacking district.

the breakfast buffet was very rich IT offered many choices. the lobby area was excellent for spending time there were also working areas available. the location is convenient the city center is within walking distance.

the heating did not work properly in the room it was sometimes too cold and sometimes too hot. the windows were not well isolated i heard outside noise. wifi was super poor i could not use it.

i found the room service to be quite lacking. i requested a specific time for my breakfast to be delivered, but it arrived almost an hour late. furthermore, the coffee was lukewarm and the toast was already soggy. this level of inconsistency is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

A Good Stay!

The breakfast selection was amazing. It included a variety of fresh items (i loved the ginger shots!). The hotel's location is very convenient, with the train station just a short walk away. I appreciated the clean room. It had everything i needed.
